The TYREF is a UNIQUE varnishing plate for offset coating. It is made with thermo-hardening elastomers and manufactured with innovative technologies. It has been developed taking into consideration all the environmental aspects related to the production processes.

The micro-ground compound surface has been designed to optimize transfer ability, maximize chemical resistance to UV and aqueous (acrylic) coating and to make cleaning easy.
The TYREF is unique and clearly differentiates from the current competitor’s technologies.

Customers have confirmed increased durability between 50-100%, the product helps achieve a superior lay of varnish resulting in gloss increases between 5-30%.

In-line with our strong company focus on customer service, 2005 saw the installation of state of the art blanket conversion facilities. This equipment was commissioned at our Head Office in Nottingham and we employ a dedicated team of highly trained blanket converters who work on cutting the blankets from roll to our customers exact
specifications. Together with in house barring facilities, all our blankets go through our stringent quality assurance process to ensure surface quality, accurate sizing and securing of barring. This machinery allows us to manage our own automatic conversion which is processed at the push of a button.

We are further equipped with our own curing ovens to ensure that our bars are securely in position before commencing our own in-house testing procedures
